George

George is another of the early group of kids that we first saw on
the internet. After picking out a couple of cute Does it was time to
find a Buc and George had the stature we were looking for.

George arrived in mid 2004. He led the group of three other Pygora lady partners from Verdant Vistas Pygoras in Oregon. He also took that long ride across America to join up with us in Missouri and took another ride to our home in East Tennessee. |

Early on we saw that George was going to teach us a few things. He
immediately jumped over what we thought was a textbook height
dividing wall in the barn. He just wanted to get to his traveling
partner girl friends.
After teaching us a few lessons, George has settled down to the routine of being the boss of the boys. Even without horns he quickly butted his way to the top with our other generic horned goat. He now rules with a calm but firm nature. George's body style is strong with a nice long full fleece from head to tail with a neat darker brown stripe down the middle of his back. We think George is the perfect Buc. |
